We are looking for an administrator for a position with one of our partners in Helsingborg. The role is administrative and service-oriented, involving close collaboration with both management and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support in personnel matters
  • Handling of employment documents and documentation
  • Contact with staff and external parties
  • Other administrative tasks related to HR and the office

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within personnel/HR
  • Responsibility and attentiveness
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and independent
