Do you love providing service to others in both big and small matters? Are you skilled at administering the Google environment and a whiz at other IT-related issues? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We offer you an exciting position as the responsible IT administrator at Kristofferskolan. The tasks will be varied and include being able to quickly be on-site to help when there is something technical that needs to be addressed, such as during ongoing lessons – all to ensure that the school day runs smoothly. In other words, you will work operationally and be the spider in the web regarding daily operations, but we also hope that you find it enjoyable to drive change within IT. It is of great importance that you have the ability to understand how the parts of the organization affect the whole in order to work proactively as effectively as possible.

You will be responsible for GDPR, convene the school's safety committee, and participate in various safety rounds. You will also help develop work documents in spreadsheet programs/Excel and forms in document programs/Word and be responsible for case management. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the school's management team.

Kristofferskolan is Sweden's oldest and largest Waldorf school and is located near Brommaplan. The school includes preschool class, primary school, and high school with three national programs.
