Netnod operates some of the world's most central internet functions, including "i.root", one of the 13 global DNS root servers. What the position entails

You will play a central role in driving Netnod's DNS offerings forward. This means managing existing customer solutions and presenting our latest product news. Your main responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for existing and potential customers in Netnod's DNS offerings
• Nurturing relationships with existing customers and proactively identifying new business opportunities
• Building and strengthening collaborations with partners and resellers
• Working closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to develop solutions that match customer needs and requirements
• Creating and maintaining a structured pipeline in CRM and working purposefully towards set sales targets

• Representing Netnod at conferences, customer meetings, campaigns, and events – both nationally and internationally.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in technology and a strong knowledge of DNS, its structure and purpose
• Strong technical understanding and interest in digital infrastructure
• Confidence in conversations with like-minded individuals within Netnod and with customers
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Understanding of the internet's ecosystem, accessibility, and security

• Experience in network infrastructure and particularly DNS technology.

• Business-driven and curious, with a desire to find new paths forward
• Relationship-building, attentive, and confident in dialogue with technical decision-makers
• Structured and independent – but also a team player

• You are motivated by finding technical solutions that genuinely improve the customer's everyday life.
