We are currently seeking an experienced IT Technician for our client in Stockholm who wants to take full responsibility for the internal IT environment and create a smooth, secure, and efficient technical everyday life for employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Corporate IT and ensure that systems, devices, and processes work seamlessly, from technical onboarding of new employees to ongoing support and continuous improvements.

• Administer Google Workspace, including email, file management, permissions, and endpoint security.

• Manage onboarding, lifecycle, and compliance for devices (Mac, iPhone, and Android BYOD) via Jamf, Kolide, and Google Workspace MDM.

• Be responsible for technical onboarding in a zero-touch deployment environment.

• Ensure that the daily Corporate IT operations run smoothly, including user support, device management, and technical onboarding.

• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and streamline Corporate IT.

• Ensure that new employees are quickly onboarded into the client’s systems and receive the right equipment.

• Develop and maintain training and documentation so that employees can work effectively with available tools.

• Experience in a similar role in a modern, cloud-based environment.

• Solid experience with Google Workspace and practical experience with Microsoft 365.

• Experience with MDM solutions and managing users, devices, and security.

• Comfortable working operationally with daily IT operations, user support, and technical onboarding.

• Experience or strong interest in automation and process improvements.

• Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused with good communication skills.
