The Role

At Lövsta care and nursing home in Heby, we are now looking for a licensed nurse for the short-term unit, which has 20 places distributed over two departments. You will be responsible for these together with another nursing colleague.

In the role of nurse, you are responsible for:

• Making medical assessments and follow-ups
• Planning, implementing, and documenting health and medical care interventions
• Collaborating with other professionals in the team
• Supervising and delegating to nursing staff
• Working in a quality system

The position involves working during the day and every sixth weekend.

We are a dedicated and flexible team of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, administrators, and rehabilitation assistants who work closely together to achieve the best possible care for our patients. We share our knowledge, support each other, and work without prestige. We appreciate the opportunity to plan and prioritize our care interventions based on the needs of our patients.

Our work is conducted in modern and functional premises at Lövsta care and nursing home, where we also have access to a beautiful garden with chickens, a greenhouse, and an outdoor gym.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish license as a nurse
• Has good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Has a B driving license for manual cars
• Has a professional and warm demeanor
• Is responsible and confident in your professional role

It is an advantage if you have work experience from municipal operations.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
