Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus and service mindset, as the task is to ensure that property owners and their tenants experience as few problems as possible regarding their properties and premises. It is important that you have the ability to adapt and meet people in a respectful manner. You need to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and practically minded to find the right solutions in the properties. We prefer that you have worked as a facility technician, or in plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or control and regulation. 

Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.

To be considered for this position, it is a requirement that you:

* Have a completed high school education

* Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can communicate in English

* Have a B driver's license

* Can pass a security classification, as some properties require it

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a property caretaker, facility or maintenance technician, service electrician, or service of other property systems. Experience as a facility caretaker for fire alarms and SBA work is also an advantage, as well as knowledge of additional languages.
