Summer Job as a Personal Assistant for a Young Girl in Nordmaling

Do you want to work as a personal assistant and add a golden touch to people's lives? We at Aleva are now looking for summer substitutes who want to work with a young girl in Rundvik.

You will work in pairs as there is double staffing around the clock.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in care work who can work between 75-80% during the period from June 8 to August 16 on a rolling schedule. The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date is negotiable, but we would like training to take place before the period starts.

At the customer's request, we prefer female applicants who are non-smokers. Previous experience with gastrostomy, tracheostomy, and rehabilitation efforts is a plus.

About the position

The customer has extensive care needs every day of the week and at all hours of the day. Working hours include daytime, evening, and awake night shifts. You will primarily assist with daily chores, personal hygiene, and be the helping hand the customer needs. You will accompany the customer to ongoing medical visits and participate in rehabilitation efforts. The customer is located in Rundvik.

Important qualities include being caring, attentive, and self-sufficient. As most of the work takes place in the home, we seek someone who understands this and has the ability to adapt to other interventions. Your workplace is where the customer is located. We also believe you are a person who appreciates a calm environment and can find yourself in the present moment.
