About the Role

In this role, you will primarily work on answering questions related to monitoring and management instructions. You will gradually be trained to handle simpler administrative tasks and gain a good understanding of the organization’s processes.

Your tasks will include responding to incoming inquiries via phone and email, ordering services from contractors, and following up to ensure that ordered services are performed as agreed. You will also perform administrative tasks in our systems.

This position gives you a good insight into the organization, and you will become part of an engaged team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to try out the role and see if we are the right match for each other while building valuable experience.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Ongoing education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable

• University education in:
• Electrical engineering, or
• Economics

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and professional in their interactions. You are service-oriented, remain calm even in pressured situations, and have an easy time seeing others' perspectives. You work meticulously, are quality-conscious, and have a clear focus on delivering according to set goals.
