JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job includes meetings with children, youth, and families, where documentation is an important part. We investigate cases based on SoL and LVU and work according to the Child's Needs in Focus (BBIC). You will also collaborate with other groups within IFO-MyA, other authorities, and organizations. The work also includes some preventive work. Travel is part of the job. In the Child and Family group, there is currently scheduled time for reflection and environmental monitoring. As an employee in the Child and Family group, you will be offered an introduction program and mentorship, professional development (Kiruna municipality is part of the Career Journey), and external supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the position of social worker in the child and family group, a degree in social work or higher education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations (SOSFS 2014:7) regarding eligibility to perform certain tasks in social services' child and youth care is required. Experience in similar work is an advantage.
