JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker in after-school care, you work to ensure that children have a meaningful and educational leisure time before, during, and after school. The students' needs, development, and learning are the focus. You work to encourage children to take their own initiatives, but also organize various activities indoors and outdoors. The staff at the after-school center is responsible for the after-school program, conducts break activities, and works together in the team to help students reach their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with childcare education. Experience working in after-school care is an advantage. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an adaptable approach. A positive attitude is essential. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
