As a preschool assistant, you contribute to the smooth functioning of everyday life in the preschool. This is done through everyday tasks and by ensuring that care and daily pedagogical work are based on children's participation and influence. Together with other colleagues in the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developing environment for each child and the entire group. As a preschool assistant, you participate in teaching based on the preschool curriculum to promote children's development and learning. With pedagogical documentation as an approach, it is important to engage in dialogue with the children in their play and learning. The work places high demands on your ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, as well as to be flexible and take initiative. You should have a language-developing approach that promotes play and communication.

These positions are in a pool, which means you collaborate with several teams and need to be responsive to the needs of different groups of children, as well as support the pedagogical work in several departments.

The hours are fixed but may change at short notice based on the needs of the operation, which means you must be flexible regarding working hours.
