Riksdalervägen group home is located at Riksdalervägen 29. Here, there are seven apartments, a staff apartment, and a large common area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will focus on the positive aspects of the individual and their surroundings and provide pedagogical support in daily life. You will work to practically guide and support the users to create conditions for an active and independent life tailored to their individual needs and abilities.

Together with the users, you will carry out activities related to daily life. The work includes cooking, cleaning, personal care, and social support. The role also involves providing practical support in daily life, such as assistance with transfers and mobilization, tailored to individual needs and circumstances. You will also be responsible for medication management and accompany users on leisure activities. Implementation plans are used as an active working method and are developed based on individual needs and continuously evaluated.

You should be able to work independently and recognize the importance of documentation, follow-up, and evaluation to achieve the goals of the organization. The work includes contact and collaboration with representatives, relatives, daily activities, and more. You will act as a support person and help create a clear structure and participate in supervision, workplace meetings/team meetings, and network meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to working with people and enjoys taking on challenges. Additionally, you have:

• Relevant experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Good digital skills
• Approved grades in Swedish equivalent to at least grade 9

It is advantageous if you have training as a support assistant and experience working in psychiatry. Experience working with autism, low-arousal approaches, and motivating individuals towards an independent life is also a plus.
