ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Kiruna, currently we are looking for 2 assistants for the following positions: 1 full-time + 1 part-time.

The working hours are as follows:

• 06:30 AM - 03:30 PM

• 03:30 PM - 06:30 AM

• 06:30 AM - 06:30 AM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a guy in his 30s who lives in his own apartment in central Kiruna. During weekdays, he works at Coop and Savo. He has a small group of assistants around him, 4 personal assistants + his parents. You will work alone with the client, only when he is traveling will there be two assistants working with him at the same time.

This is a cheerful and positive guy who enjoys carrying firewood, building with Lego, baking, walking in the forest and in town, boating and snowmobiling, listening to music, going to the cinema/concerts, dining out, being at the cabin, traveling with the camper van, bowling, swimming, going to the gym, staying in hotels, and much more. He has his own car which you as an assistant will drive, therefore it is desirable that you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement as the client has approved transportation services.

Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and is blind.

Even though he already knows a lot, he has a curiosity and a desire to continue developing and learning new things. Therefore, it is very important that you can work "with your hands behind your back" and refrain from taking over tasks he can do or wants to learn to do!

The tasks include:

• Support and guide during daily routines, such as household chores and activities

• Assist and guide with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

Since he cannot see, his surroundings use verbal communication and symbols to guide him correctly. Therefore, it is required that you as an assistant have very good knowledge of the Swedish language.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

A large part of your work involves helping and guiding the client in everyday situations and in social interactions with others, as well as helping the client understand his environment. You should be good at reading and analyzing other individuals' needs and situations. We see it as an advantage if you have previous experience with autism.

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Driver's license, so you can drive the client's car

Employment level: 1 full-time + 1 part-time.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
