In the social services department in Boden, we have the advantages of a small municipality with proximity to colleagues, managers, and other professionals within the Individual and Family Care operations, external partners, and tasks that contribute to breadth and a holistic view. Our team organization (Individual and Family Care) consists of a reception team and two authority teams focusing on individuals and families, as well as a team that consists of a combined open care; Support Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Team is the combined open care of individual and family care consisting of several different operations. We work with interventions without means testing as well as assistance interventions in multi-competent teams with the aim of achieving a functioning whole for the individual/family. Within the team, therapists work with a focus on children, youth, and adults. The team also includes some external operations with different focuses.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a therapist with us and join a team of skilled and ambitious colleagues. As a therapist focusing on adults, you will primarily work with adults with substance abuse and dependency issues. The work includes psychosocial support, motivational and treatment work, as well as support and treatment conversations individually and in groups, primarily with adults and their networks. Some work may be scheduled outside of working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Social worker/educator/behavioral scientist or other education deemed adequate by the employer. Experience working with children, youth, and families is meritorious. We place great importance on personal suitability. A driver's license is required.

Of course, everyone who wants to works full-time. The individual and family care has a local agreement on reduced working hours, which means that we work until 4 PM on all working days of the year but with maintained salary for full-time work.
