ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client residing in Sunderbyn just outside Luleå. We are currently seeking hourly substitutes who want to work extra as needed.

The working hours are varied, and you may be asked to work on both weekdays and weekends as follows:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

  • Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

  • Saturday + Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Night shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 PM to 7:45 AM

  • Night shift Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM

  • Night shift Saturday + Sunday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys physical activities, including bowling, playing games, and walking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to autism.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Communication and interpretation of the environment

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible, as personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with autism

  • Experience with low-arousal approaches

Employment level: Hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
