ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an hourly basis for our child client in Sävast. Working weekdays during the day means accompanying the girl to school where you will be during the school day.

You will primarily work days and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Night shifts may occur. The working hours are as follows:

• 07:15 AM - 04:00 PM

• 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM

• 09:00 PM - 07:15 AM (may occur)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 7-year-old girl who enjoys singing, reading books, and playing. At birth, she suffered from oxygen deprivation which has led to extensive brain damage, multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and epilepsy. The client has extensive care needs and requires constant supervision; she needs help with all aspects of daily life.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, including household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Communication

• Transfers, medication

The client uses a lift, suction machine, and feeding tube.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

• Driver's license & access to a car

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in personal assistance/other care experience

• Care education

Employment rate: hourly basis as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
