RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to work within Housing and Support, LSS group homes, or social psychiatry this summer!

In Housing and Support, your clients may consist of both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in a group home, service housing, short-term/recreational, or in the client's own home. Examples of tasks include supporting the client in their daily life, leisure, and care tasks.

Scheduled working hours may vary and can include day, evening, weekend, or night shifts as well as on-call. In your application, you can indicate which working hours you prefer.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background from the Care Program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience in documentation is also an advantage.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, attentive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also find it easy to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that clients receive safe and secure care.

A B driver's license is an advantage.
