JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will start from the positive aspects of the individual and their surroundings and provide pedagogical support in everyday life. You will work to practically guide and contribute to creating opportunities for them to live an active life based on their own conditions.

Together with the users, you will carry out activities related to daily life such as cleaning, laundry, physical activities, and care. You will also participate in leisure activities according to the users' wishes. Implementation plans are used as an active working method and are developed based on the user's wishes and needs and are continuously evaluated.

You should be able to work independently and understand the importance of documentation, follow-up, and evaluation to achieve the goals of the operations. The work includes contact and collaboration with representatives, daily activities, and more. You will act as a support person and help shape a clear structure and participate in guidance, workplace meetings/team meetings, and network meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people with disabilities.

For this position, you are required to have:

Education as a nursing assistant and/or support assistant
Several years of experience in care and nursing or support and service (LSS)
Good digital competence
Experience in documenting in Combine or equivalent documentation systems
Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

We consider it desirable that you have previously had delegation for medication and insulin.
