ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a temporary position of 75%, with the possibility of permanent employment. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. In this schedule, you will work every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday). Although this schedule is a temporary position, we hope that you will continue as a substitute after that and have the opportunity to take a shift during the summer.

The working hours are as follows:

• 06:45 AM - 10:00 AM + 01:30 PM - 05:00 PM

• 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• 01:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) 07:45 AM - 11:00 PM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 58-year-old man living in his own apartment in central Luleå. He is paralyzed from the chest down and therefore needs support in his daily life. The client works during the day as a salesperson and has a passionate interest in sports and athletics in all its forms, which he enjoys watching on TV. As a former elite athlete in hockey, physical training is an important and natural part of his life. As a personal assistant, you will accompany him to the gym or sports hall a couple of times a week to support and enable training and physical activity.

The tasks include:

• Support with household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing

• Transfers

The client uses a wheelchair and shower chair.

We are looking for a man or woman aged approximately 20–50 who is responsible, conscientious, and has a good work ethic. To thrive in this role, we hope you have a genuine interest in sports or a background in athletics. Since the client appreciates order and structure, we want you to be organized, structured, and have a responsive and professional demeanor.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license and access to a car

Employment rate: Temporary position 75% with no fixed end date

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
