INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE

We are currently looking for a personal assistant to support a 35-year-old man with autism, living in the picturesque town of Sävast, just outside Boden. Your work will be conducted where the client is, and workdays will vary, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and nights.

Access takes place on February 1, 2026. We would like you to be able to begin introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 35-year-old man who needs your help as an assistant as he has Autism.

Your future responsibilities will include providing support and assistance in the client's daily life. This includes everything from meals and hygiene to personal care and communication. But it is also about encouraging and participating in meaningful and enjoyable leisure activities. The client has a strong passion for music, and you will have the opportunity to share that joy and explore it with him.

In this role, a calm and empathetic attitude is essential to meeting the client's needs, but above all, you must have a heart that is passionate about making a difference.

Experience and education related to the autism spectrum is an advantage.

Experience and education in the Low Affective Approach (LAB) is a significant advantage. The Low Affective Approach is an approach to understand and support the client in the best possible way.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• A clean criminal record from the police (easily obtainable through the police website)

• Non-smoker and pet-free due to allergies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience and education related to the autism spectrum are an asset.

• Experience and training in Low Affective Approach (LAB) is a significant advantage. Low Affective Approach is an approach to understanding and supporting the client in the best possible way.

Employment rate: Fulltime 100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other remuneration in accordance with collective agreements.
