Do you want to make a real difference in a child's life? We are looking for two dedicated assistants!

We are currently seeking two personal assistants for a happy and energetic 10-year-old boy living in a quiet area outside the city. He has autism, severe intellectual disabilities, and epilepsy. Due to his condition, he is very active and may sometimes display challenging behaviors – but with the right support and presence, you can help him experience joy and security in his daily life.

About the position

As an assistant, you will be an important support in the boy's daily life. Your tasks will include:

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing
• Feeding (via gastrostomy)
• Participation and support in various activities, both indoors and outdoors
• Creating a safe, fun, and structured environment for him

Experience with gastrostomy is a plus, but the most important thing is the willingness to learn and a genuine interest in working with children with special needs.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Calm, secure, and patient – someone who can provide reassurance even in challenging situations
• Physically active and in good shape, as the job is demanding both physically and mentally
• Has a good sense of humor – something both we and the boy appreciate!
• Preferably has a driver's license and access to a car, as the family lives a bit off the beaten path
