ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Gammelstad, Luleå. We are currently seeking hourly substitutes who want to work extra as needed.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 07:45 AM - 03:00 PM

• 03:00 PM - 08:00 PM

• 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM (on-call) weekdays & weekends

• 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM weekends

• 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM weekends

Start date is according to agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 25s who enjoys outings, music, walks, and playing games. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has autism. She has a clear self-harming behavior that affects herself and others. Therefore, it is important that you as an assistant are open to learning and applying low-arousal responses. The client is in a daily activity program four days a week, where you as an assistant will be with the client and participate in the activities.

Job responsibilities include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are calm, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with autism

• Experience with low-arousal responses

Employment rate: hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
