ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Kalix. We are currently seeking hourly substitutes - you have the chance for a lot of work if you wish!

The working hours are weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Start date is according to agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 58-year-old man who needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has suffered a stroke.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, including household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Basic support with mobility and walking

• Help to motivate training and activation

The client uses a wheelchair, electric wheelchair, shower chair, and walker.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are calm, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in healthcare and social services

Employment rate: hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
