ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on a permanent part-time contract (40-50%) for our client in Luleå. On weekdays (Mon-Thu), the shifts are scheduled as "split shifts", while on Fridays you work a full day, and there is a weekend shift once a month.

The working hours are as follows:

• Mon-Thu 06:30-09:30 + 13:00-16:00

• Fri 06:30-16:00

• Weekend 11:00-20:00

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

You will be working with a 24-year-old man who lives with a spinal cord injury. He is a social, outgoing, and active person with a great interest in fitness. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life and contribute to creating security, structure, and freedom in his life.

The tasks include:

• Support with certain movements and assistance.

• Support/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing

• Assistance with everyday household chores

• Support with planning and structuring the day

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has a natural social ability. You are attentive, flexible to the client's needs, proactive, and have a good ability to read and meet other people's needs. We believe that you appreciate being part of another person's daily life and value creating security and continuity. The client is open to both male and female assistants, and we prefer that you are between 20-45 years old, and it would be great if you have your own interest in fitness.

• Driver's license B

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Access to your own car for easier commuting (due to split shifts)

Employment rate: 40-50%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
