ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft, and we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on a permanent part-time contract of 50% for our client in Luleå. You will work weekdays and one weekend a month.
The working hours are as follows:
From 09:00 to 20:00
From 09:00 to 15:00
The start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 23-year-old man living in his own apartment in Örnäset, Luleå. He has autism and needs support in his daily life to create structure, security, and meaningful activities. He enjoys going for walks and participating in daily small activities, such as taking the bus to Storheden for coffee.
The job responsibilities include:
Support with daily routines
Household tasks such as cleaning and cooking
Assistance with personal hygiene and care
Planning and executing daily activities

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with autism
Employment degree: 1 permanent position at 50%
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
