ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Bredåker, outside Boden. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute - with a chance for permanent employment. The work is scheduled for 24-hour shifts from 08:00 to 08:00 (sleeping on-call from 00:00 to 07:00) on both weekdays and weekends. You will always work together with a colleague.
The start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a man in his 40s. He has autism and an intellectual disability (ID) and needs your support to create a safe and meaningful everyday life. He appreciates playful activities where the assistants engage on his terms. He also enjoys massages on his back and arms, and meals are an important and positive part of his day.
The tasks include, among others:
Support in daily routines, including household chores and cooking
Assistance with personal care
Management of self-care medications
Planning and implementation of activities

REQUIREMENTS
Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work
Non-smoker
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a personal assistant
Experience with low-arousal responses
Experience with autism
Experience with intellectual disabilities (ID)
Employment rate: Hourly employment as needed - with a chance for permanent employment.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
