About us WSP Digital Advisory is part of a global network of experts developing innovative solutions for the society of the future. We have many exciting projects underway and are now looking for more colleagues who want to contribute with their expertise in asset management and digitization.

About the role As an advisor in digital asset management, you will be a key person in projects that help our clients develop their businesses. You will work on business development projects focusing on digital transformation. You will also work with management strategies and maintenance concepts for new and existing assets. Collaborating in teams and having close dialogue with clients across Sweden is also part of the everyday work, and travel may occur.

In this role, you will be part of the Digital Solutions department and will also have the opportunity to work on international projects. Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in consulting and business development within community building.

• Has worked on assignments for municipalities or public organizations.

• Is accustomed to analyzing information and developing implementable solutions using established methodologies.

Meritorious

• Consulting experience.

• Change management.

• Knowledge of asset management according to the standard “ISO 55000 Asset Management System”.

• Knowledge of various EAM systems, e.g., IBM Maximo.

As a person, we see that you enjoy working purposefully and place importance on developing good relationships. We value strong communication skills and a business-oriented approach. You can demonstrate experience in independently leading and driving projects. We see that you have relevant education in the field or equivalent acquired experience and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
