Job Responsibilities

Building in concrete is a craft with a long history, but the way we do it has evolved. Today, we build smarter, faster, and more integrated than ever. Instead of traditional on-site work, we manufacture prefabricated concrete elements in a modern production environment, ready to be assembled at construction sites across the country.

At UBAB, you work closely with colleagues in clear teams, where collaboration and professional pride are as important as strength and precision. This is a job for you who enjoy seeing tangible results from your efforts every day.

Your main tasks:

• Formwork
• Reinforcement
• Casting of concrete elements

The working hours are during the day, providing structure to your daily life and space for life outside of work.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is good at working in a team, follows instructions well, and is ready to develop! To thrive in this role, we prefer that you have:

• A background in construction or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of numbers and reading drawings.
• Familiarity with tools.
• A driver's license and a car.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

To be suitable for the position, you should enjoy physical work, be meticulous, and flexible regarding new tasks, and quickly find solutions to problems that may arise.
