We are now looking for a site manager to lead and be responsible for our small to medium-sized construction projects within our operations in Skövde. Your mission as a site managerAs a site manager, you will work on various projects with a focus on small to medium-sized construction projects, primarily for our framework agreement customers. You will have a central and customer-focused role where your main task will be to be responsible for the entire process, from planning and resource allocation to execution and follow-up of the work we perform. The role of site manager does not involve direct personnel responsibility; however, you play an important role for our skilled workers and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Furthermore, you will support the site manager in daily operations, including customer contact, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing.

The position is full-time. You will be based at our office in Skövde and report to the site manager.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with industry experience in construction work and preferably previous experience in a supervisory role. You are self-driven, structured, and enjoy working in an environment where planning, problem-solving, and customer dialogue are a natural part of everyday life.
To succeed in this role, we see it as a requirement that you have previous industry experience, in addition, you have
B driver's license
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods and processes
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience and knowledge in TA (Traffic arrangements)
BE driver's license
Work on the road (APV)
Relevant post-secondary education from, for example, university or relevant vocational training
