Description

Falu healthcare center is looking for a licensed psychologist or a conversation therapist with step 1 training in CBT, who has an interest in and preferably experience working in primary care.

Responsibilities

The work primarily involves assessment and treatment of patients with various forms of mental health issues. Our approach is clearly oriented towards primary care, aiming to provide high-quality interventions that are accessible to many.

The position is varied and stimulating, with good opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and participation in development work. We place great importance on personal suitability, good collaborative skills, and a professional, respectful approach – both towards patients and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to our continued development and who appreciates working in an environment where ideas, improvement suggestions, and engagement are valued. An interest in group therapy is an advantage.

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist or conversation therapist with step 1 training in CBT. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

You have an interest in working in primary care, where the focus is on combining high quality with good accessibility for patients. We work with digital solutions in our operations and therefore welcome those who are curious about and positive towards digital working methods.

Experience with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to contribute to a good collaborative climate.
