The Orthopedic Clinic at Mora Hospital is a small specialist clinic located in pleasant newly built premises. As a nurse with us, you will be offered a stimulating, independent, and varied job.

The workgroup is small, and we are co-located with the urology and surgical clinics, having close collaboration between the staff groups. The orthopedic clinic has good accessibility and high production with over 8000 doctor visits per year. We handle patients of all ages and, due to our geographical location, also some tourists during both winter and summer. The clinic operates Monday to Friday.

Nurse, Orthopedic Clinic Mora Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who appreciates varied tasks and work pace.

The work as a nurse at the clinic involves a developing role where tasks vary between assisting in doctor consultations, outpatient surgeries, nurse consultations (wound dressings, cast consultations), telephone advice in TeleQ, and other administrative work. Close collaboration with various professions is essential.

Requirements:

• We are looking for an engaged licensed nurse
• A few years of work experience

Meritorious:

• Orthopedic experience
• Knowledge/experience of IT systems: Take Care, Cosmic, and TeleQ

Personal qualities:

You are flexible, responsible, and have a good ability to work independently and in a team. It is important to be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously as no day is the same. You enjoy working with other professional categories and instances. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability.

This position requires you to have a valid license for the relevant profession. Your professional license will be checked against the National Board of Health and Welfare's register of licensed healthcare personnel (HOSP) before any job offer.
