Within Imaging and Functional Medicine, approximately 250 employees from various professional categories work. It is a high-tech work environment in constant development with both acute and planned examinations. The medical group in the county currently consists of about 45 radiologists, with the ST group comprising 18 ST doctors at different levels of training.

In Mora, about 48 employees work, of which 5 are specialists and 6 ST doctors. One of our ST doctors will complete their specialist training in 2026, creating a vacancy. The ST group in Mora currently consists of 6 ST doctors at different levels of training. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive ST training program where you have the opportunity to develop and become a skilled independent general radiologist. Clinical supervision is provided continuously in daily work. The position involves on-call work (evening, night, and weekend).

We are constantly working to improve our work environment and patient safety, as well as to further develop the operations through recurring training initiatives in the form of external and internal training, case meetings, and discrepancy rounds with other employees in the county. It is a high-tech work environment in constant development with both acute and planned examinations. The work involves independent tasks combined with close collaboration with your colleagues, referrers, radiology nurses, nursing assistants, and physicists.

Requirements:

• Licensed physician who has completed AT/BT, with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare.
• Proficiency in the Swedish language (written and spoken) equivalent to at least C1.

Meritorious:

• Work experience in radiology
• Work experience in Swedish healthcare
