Alumbra Småland and Urshult manufacture sheet metal components for the industry and have several of the country's leading companies as customers. We currently have about 90 employees and a turnover of approximately 160 million. The company is part of Alumbra AB, which is a rapidly growing corporate group with six independent subsidiaries.

We are now looking for a technical salesperson/preparer for our manufacturing unit in Urshult.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Your main tasks will be to further develop existing business relationships as well as actively initiate, build, and develop business relationships with new customers. Our goal is to increase our sales towards other industries where our business offering may be interesting.

Your responsibilities will also include being responsible for answering and preparing quotation requests in collaboration with colleagues in the sales department and production, as well as suggesting how our working methods and processes can be developed to better meet our customers' needs.

You will also be involved in and drive technical improvements in the company, as well as perform after-calculations and follow-ups of new articles. When introducing new products, you will act as project manager.

The job involves travel to customers and suppliers.

YOUR BACKGROUND

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone with a strong business drive and technical interest with the ability to analyze customers' real needs. To succeed in this position, you should be an experienced and skilled salesperson with good technical knowledge. It is a significant advantage if you have a broad network among companies within our industry or related industries. You should also be able to express yourself easily in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Since many of our customers are in the industry and we are ISO 9001 certified, the job requires that you have experience working with processes within this standard.

Processes and methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and cross-functional approaches are fundamental to meeting customer and standard requirements.
