Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced and varied; the tempo is high, but the joy is even higher! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the middle of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure that the store is neat, stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right bathtub, the next day you redesign an entire department. No day is the same – and that’s what we love!

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:
