What You Will Be Working With

We are now looking for an engaged order administrator for our expanding client in Växjö. In the role of order administrator, you will be an important part of the company's product delivery process. The team strives to provide first-class service to the company's customers, who are in both the public and private sectors. As an order administrator, your main tasks will include order management and internal contact with other departments. This assignment is initially temporary until 31/8 2026, but there may be a chance for extension. Immediate start is desirable. The position is full-time based in Växjö, and working hours are scheduled between 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Who Do We Think You Are?

We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative work and values structure and order. Your accuracy in performing tasks is combined with efficiency, and you are an excellent team player with solid experience working in an environment characterized by forward-thinking, collaboration, and humor. We prefer that you are a social and flexible person who can take on new tasks outside the described job role. We also hope you have experience with administrative tasks and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and programs. A high school diploma is a requirement, and you are proficient in the Office suite. Experience with Dynamics 365, Navision, or SAP4 Hana is a plus.
