Store Salesperson at Mekonomen in Växjö

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and eager to learn. Knowledge of car spare parts is a plus. As a store salesperson, you will work with private customers and workshop customers to independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work closely with customers, engage in meetings, and have the willingness to go the extra mile to create long-term customer relationships. You are a valued and flexible team player who enjoys working in a team and contributing to the whole.

Main Responsibilities

• Sales to both workshop customers and private customers on weekdays and weekends
• Serving our workshop customers via phone and delivering products according to their orders
• Keeping the store organized and fronting products
• Assisting customers with simple assembly
• Actively working on upselling during customer visits
• Promoting consumables and product range to workshops and managing restocking
• Ensuring that returns from customers are taken back to the store and handled correctly

We are looking for someone who has

• Work experience in a similar industry
• A completed high school education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on automotive technology
• Experience and skills from previous work in a workshop are highly meritorious
• An interest in vehicles
• Engaged, responsible, and service-minded
• A positive attitude and solution-oriented
• The ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish
• Computer literacy
• Category B driving license
