Recently, we have expanded our business to include buying and selling used mobile phones, which will be a significant part of our work moving forward!

At Fix My Phone, as an employee, you will meet our customers daily and be the face of the company. This requires high social skills, responsibility, and a drive for sales.

We are now looking for new employees for our store in Växjö. You will be the face of Fix My Phone, and through your advice and sales knowledge, you will work with the customer to identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then address the device and follow up with the customer after the case is closed while also working on upselling accessories and other products. It is also crucial to meet all of the customer's needs, both hidden and expressed. We strive for a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world as a whole, which is why it is important for us to ensure that the customer has the right accessories and protection for their phone after the repair to prevent future accidents. It is your task to sell these to the customer!

All new employees will undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a real drive. You are responsible and care about maintaining order in your life, for your own sake and for others.

Previous experience in sales and skills requiring dexterity are advantageous.

Salary: 25,000.00 SEK - 50,000.00 SEK per month
