Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales for Växjö

About the position

We are looking for a service-oriented team player to handle incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as packaging customer orders. You will plan and organize the warehouse together with other staff to ensure optimal and efficient use of warehouse space with a focus on improvement processes.

Quotation and order management will be a significant part of your daily tasks.

Responsibilities

· Order management (Store orders, registration, delivery, and invoicing)

· Order registration at the counter and over the phone

· Quotation management

· Customer interaction in the store and in the warehouse.

· Order picking

· Warehouse work including loading/unloading of products as well as maintenance and cleanliness

· Warehouse and store replenishment

· Responsible for ensuring inventory is conducted according to the applicable schedule

· Assisting at both fairs and customer events at the branch

Your qualifications

Experience from similar roles and industries is an advantage but not a requirement. It is important that you have good knowledge of material handling and logistics as well as good computer skills. A forklift license and experience in operating a forklift, as well as fluent spoken/written Swedish/English, are required for the position.
