Choose Telge – here you can combine business acumen with social benefit

As an employee, you will have freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

Here’s what Fredrik Andersson says about the role:

”The Production & Distribution department is Telge Nät's operations department. The department's mission is to manage the operation of our socially important networks within water and sewage, city networks, electricity networks, district heating, and district cooling. Here you will also find our important water production and some production of district heating. The department also includes the company's safety function. We have many exciting challenges ahead and hope you want to join us on the journey.”

Mission and Competence Requirements

As an Operations Coordinator, you have an exciting assignment with a wide scope. You will coordinate several aspects of the administration needed for a well-functioning department while acting as project manager for the systems and processes for which the project is responsible. It is a broad assignment where you will work with all our utilities, including safety. Your tasks will include conference and meeting planning and booking, statistical compilation and processing, protocol writing, customer bookings, updating and maintaining training registers, invoice management, and maintaining formal documents such as guidelines and others. As a project manager, you will work closely with your immediate manager, who is also the project owner in the management and development of the project.

You work independently and take significant personal responsibility while being part of a team. You will collaborate closely with the department's managers, where you will also play an important role in the department's management group. You will provide administrative support to the entire department and its units and report to the head of Production & Distribution.

We expect you to:

  • Have a high school education
  • Have previous experience as an operations coordinator, administrative assistant, executive assistant, project manager, or similar role
  • Have a strong personal drive and the ability to work independently
  • Be service-oriented and want to help others succeed
  • Have a B driver's license

This is a fixed-term employment for 15 months. Since we work with socially important operations, a security interview will be conducted with the final candidate.
