About the position

As a site manager, you play a central role in leading and coordinating the daily work on the construction site. You ensure that the work is carried out in a safe, efficient, and quality-oriented manner, in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements.

Your role includes planning and structuring workflows, following up on timelines and budgets, and ensuring that the project progresses according to plan. You are also responsible for necessary documentation and ongoing reporting.

The site manager collaborates closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to create good communication, solve problems, and ensure smooth project execution.

In the long term, we see the possibility of advancing to the role of site manager.

The role is associated with projects in northern Sweden. You can be based in the project area (Övertorneå or Kiruna) or live in Stockholm/Uppsala with regular flights via Arlanda to the project site. In the long term, we also see projects in the Stockholm area.

Weekly commuting from places like Luleå works well, as does border-close housing in Haparanda, Kalix, and other locations. The role requires regular presence on-site.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with prefabricated concrete structures

• Several years of experience in the construction industry

• Bas U / Bas P

• Concrete Class 2

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Driving license B
