Site Manager for Modular Assembly – Kiruna

Do you want to be part of leading a unique construction project in the heart of the new Kiruna? Modular Assembly, a part of Part Group, is now looking for a site manager who can take a central role in the development of a completely new residential area with customized, prefabricated homes that are assembled on-site.

Modular Assembly works with industrial construction at the forefront of technology and uses modern 3D tools such as Archicad and Inventor to manage drawings and project information. The company strives for a digital working method that promotes quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process. You will be an important part of an effective, sustainable, and modern way of building – with room for responsibility, influence, and development.

About the Role

As a site manager, you hold a key position on the construction site. You are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work, ensuring that production follows schedules, quality, and workplace safety requirements, as well as ensuring that the team has the right conditions to succeed. You will lead daily startup meetings, follow up on drawings and workflows, coordinate deliveries and lifts, manage documentation, and participate in construction meetings.

You are essentially the one who keeps the site’s work together – both operationally and communicatively – and are an important contact between assemblers, site management, project management, and subcontractors.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a vocational or university education in construction, engineering, or production
  • Has experience from construction sites or production management
  • Is structured, proactive, and confident in your communication
  • Thrives on taking responsibility and creating order and structure to achieve set goals
  • Has good computer skills and preferably experience with 3D tools
  • Has preferably worked with prefab, carpentry, modular homes, or other industrial construction before

• A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you can easily commute to and from the workplace.
• Experience with LEAN, workplace safety responsibility, or coordination of contracting work is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

With the right foundational conditions and positive personal qualities, the company looks forward to a long-term employment with continued work as a site manager in upcoming projects as well as opportunities for growth within the company and the group.

The position is full-time, on-site.

The working hours are planned to mainly be Monday to Thursday, 07:00–18:00, which gives you a longer weekend. However, some tasks may require work on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays, so flexibility is important.

Start date: By agreement

Location: Kiruna

The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Nordisk Kompetens.
If you have questions about the position, you are warmly welcome to contact the responsible recruitment consultant Maria Jonsson. Contact via email: [email protected]
