Project Manager at Modulmontage in Kiruna

Do you want to lead exciting construction projects from start to finish and be a key person in a growing company? We are looking for an experienced and driven project manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to planning, finance, quality, and coordination in our construction projects.

Modulmontage, part of Part Group, has been tasked with building a new residential area in central Kiruna – and we are now looking for the project manager who wants to lead this exciting project from planning to completion.

About the role

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and following up on the construction project – from early stages to completion. You will act as the link between management, construction, production, and external parties to ensure that projects are executed according to goals, agreements, and timelines.

Project Management and Planning

You will take a comprehensive approach to the project's structure and progress. This includes establishing clear project plans, timelines, and resource plans that ensure each component is executed according to established goals and frameworks.

You are responsible for ensuring that the project's overall goals, budget, and quality requirements are met, as well as ensuring that work flows efficiently through all phases – from feasibility studies and design to production and final handover.

Design and Technical Coordination

You will collaborate with designers, architects, and technical consultants to ensure a well-coordinated and thoroughly developed design by reviewing and quality-assuring drawings, documents, and technical solutions to ensure they are coordinated, correct, and ready for production.

You will also contribute technical expertise and a holistic perspective to identify and drive solutions that optimize the project's economy, sustainability, and constructability, while meeting requirements for function and quality.

Communication and Coordination

You play a central role in creating clear information flows and effective collaboration among all parties involved. You will be the main contact for clients, authorities, and other external parties, and you are responsible for ensuring that communication is structured and transparent throughout the project's duration.

You will ensure that information is disseminated correctly and in a timely manner among project participants, as well as coordinating resources and activities between different projects to achieve efficiency and the best possible results.
