Nordic Trainee Program in Luleå

The Nordic Trainee Program (NTP) is Bravida's Nordic trainee program. Every year, around thirty young talents get the opportunity to learn more about leadership, business acumen, and Bravida's working methods. As a participant in the trainee program, you will gain a solid foundation for building a career at Bravida. Additionally, you will meet other young talents and leading figures in the company, giving you the chance to build your own network with us. The program includes four modules held in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo, as well as a virtual kickoff.

Bravida is looking for a trainee for our team in Luleå. You will be based in Luleå but will travel to our offices along the coast to broaden your skills in project management and installation. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where we offer technical comprehensive solutions throughout the property lifecycle, from consulting and design to installation and service.

About the position:

As an employee at Bravida, you will be part of a competent team working with installation and service in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, automation, cooling, security, locks, and sprinklers. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role through practical work and continuous skill development. You will be employed locally in Luleå and work on the projects we develop in the Northern Norrland region. Your mentor will support you in your daily life at your home location, but when you are at one of our other offices in the north, you will of course have mentorship there as well.

• Nordic Trainee Program: For those at the beginning of their career, we offer our Nordic Trainee Program (NTP). The program lasts for one year alongside your regular work and includes four modules focusing on business acumen, leadership, self-leadership, and Bravida's working methods, the Bravida Way. You will receive a number of tasks to work on between each module.
• Skill development: We believe that the most important school for you as an employee is the daily work. Therefore, we offer continuous skill development and opportunities to grow within the company.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education or experience in electrical, plumbing, cooling, or ventilation. We prefer that you are a newly graduated construction engineer or project manager.
• Is at the beginning of your career and has worked at least a couple of months in the industry.
• Thrives in a business-driven culture and recognizes our values:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good English skills, both spoken and written

Location: Luleå, but travel along the northern coast is expected.
