We at InfraCom are looking for an Account Manager who wants to take the next step in their career at a successful IT company.

As a salesperson at InfraCom, you play a significant role as you are our most important link between the company and our 30,000 customers. With our proprietary services, we create customer value with high profitability. You will have good opportunities regarding benefits, travel, and much more.

Requirements

  • Clear sales profile with several years of work experience in IT sales, B2B

  • Sales experience with Microsoft services

  • Sales experience with SAAS services

  • You should have a developed business sense and a professional demeanor that instills and creates trust

  • You are a team player who also understands the importance of your personal drive contributing to the whole

  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English

  • Driver's license B

Your main responsibilities

  • Process customers and potential customers within the SMB segment

  • Identify business opportunities and drive IT sales that contribute to the company's growth and success

  • Further develop collaborations, create more opportunities, business, and relationships

  • Book meetings, follow up, process, write quotes, close deals, and work with customer care

  • Active work with the company's CRM system
