I am a 59-year-old man living a bit outside of Eskilstuna. I have a spinal cord injury and am paralyzed from the chest down. I am now looking for an assistant (25-60 years) for a 75% position.
The schedule is as follows:
Even week:
Tuesday 16-08
Friday 16-08
Odd week:
Monday 16-08
Sunday 16-08
The night shifts are paid awake from 22:00 to 01:15 and 07:00 to 08:00. Between 01:15 and 07:00, it is sleeping on duty. In practice, the assistant goes to bed around 22:30 and sleeps until 03:00 when I need to turn in bed. Then the assistant goes back to bed and sleeps until 07:30.
Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is important as communication between me and the assistant must work well.
Since I live in an area with poor bus connections, a driver's license or the possibility of a ride is required.
