DVT Assistans has been working since 2005 to create everyday flow for both our customers and our assistants.

We are an employer that cares about our employees. With us, you work under safe and good working conditions, with collective agreements, occupational pensions, and wellness benefits as a natural part of your employment. It is important to us that you as an assistant feel appreciated, secure, and involved. Our values - Participation, Dignity, and Accessibility - permeate the entire operation and are a living part of our daily work. Today, DVT Assistans employs about 350 personal assistants.
With us, you get more than just a job - you get the world's most important work, where you have the opportunity every day to make a difference in another person's life, for real.
We are now looking for hourly substitutes for our customer in central Strängnäs!
About the assignment
Our customer is a young woman with Dravet syndrome, which includes severe epileptic seizures, developmental disabilities, and autism-like symptoms. On the Socialstyrelsen website, you can read more about Dravet syndrome if you are interested in the position.
In the role of personal assistant, you help the customer with everything related to everyday life; support with personal hygiene, assist with cooking, motivate to eat, and various activities throughout the day. Our customer enjoys various creative activities such as painting or puzzles. When feeling well, the customer takes a walk in the afternoon. As an assistant, you are also attentive to any signs of epileptic seizures to act quickly if the customer has a seizure.
