We are now looking for a Production Planner at Nobia Park in Jönköping who wants to be part of ramping up Europe’s most modern kitchen factory. About the role

As a production planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right components in stock and that we utilize our machines and materials in an optimal way. As our factory is still under construction, you have a great opportunity to influence the future ways of working. We hope you want to develop with the role and the challenges that come with it.

Your main responsibilities 

  • Plan and optimize for inventory management and manufacturing of components

  • Detail plan production orders to ensure optimal material utilization

  • Collaborate closely with both the local and regional logistics organization

  • Contribute to developing a sustainable local planning process in line with Nobia's strategy - Tomorrow Together

  • Participate in the further development of existing working methods

  • Ensure that the factory complies with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE)

  • Work daily in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA 2020) and Excel

Location is Nobia Park in Jönköping

About you

We are looking for someone with a university degree in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent, and 5–7 years of work experience in planning within a production environment. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent skills through several years of practical experience in planning within the manufacturing industry, with good experience in improvement and development work.

You have a good understanding of planning processes both operationally and with the support of business systems. We would like you to have experience working in SAP as well as very good knowledge of Excel, as these tools are used daily in the role.

Other competencies we value: 

  • Ability to work closely with production and management to achieve common results

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and manage challenges within planning

  • Knowledge and experience in process mapping and improvement work

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you enjoy working as a team towards a goal and are not afraid to pitch in where needed. You are flexible and can easily adapt to different situations and conditions. You build trust in collaborations with others and dare to set demands when the situation requires it.

The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, which requires good communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate. You are solution-oriented, like to think outside the box, and focus on finding ways forward rather than getting stuck in limitations.
