Join the journey and drive SJ's vehicle data in the SAP system. SJ is now making its largest investments ever in new trains, which means exciting and modern tasks in the role of master data specialist.

Your upcoming role As a master data specialist, you will have a central function in the work with SJ's vehicle data. You will be responsible for managing and developing master data within maintenance, supplier collaboration, services, and materials for vehicles and components. The role is broad and involves both handling ongoing updates and orders, as well as supporting the business in translating needs and wishes into clear requirements for IT development.

You will work closely with the business in a cross-functional collaboration - from data to operations, where you will also see the direct effect of well-managed master data on vehicle availability and punctuality. In a modern system like SAP, quality-assured master data is key to efficient processes, smart working methods, and reliable analysis.

You will work in a group with several other master data specialists and will among other things work on:

• Updating and distributing maintenance plans both internally and to maintenance suppliers.

• Daily contact with IT management and users of the system.

• Participating in development projects.

• Developing processes and the management you work with.

Expectations for the candidate we are looking for We are looking for someone with experience in master data management and a clear technical interest with an understanding of how technical systems are interconnected. You are structured and meticulous, which is crucial when working to drive vehicle data. At the same time, you need to be able to handle multiple activities simultaneously, as both ongoing updates and new needs from the business can occur at the same time. This makes you a self-driven person who is comfortable managing your own issues.

To thrive in the team, we see that you have good collaboration skills, as you work closely with both technical and operational functions. Therefore, you are communicative, able to explain complex relationships in a simple way and quickly understand the users' perspective.

We see that you have:

• Experience in master data management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience

• Education in logistics or equivalent experience

• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems/business systems

• Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Experience in the railway industry
