We need a substitute to solve staffing this summer and are looking for someone who is:

Humble, cheerful, positive, proactive, flexible, a bit funny, and enjoys working with double staffing.

We offer:

A nice, cozy, pleasant, and rural workplace with wonderful colleagues who work together to make everyday life work for our lovely assistance-receiving daughter.

Our working hours vary, and we are looking for someone who can work day and night shifts/longer shifts. If you can occasionally jump in for a waking night shift, that is also welcome.

A little more about the workplace:

Our daughter is in her 30s, lives in her own apartment at our farm in Östra Göinge municipality. You need to have a car and a driver's license to work with us as we live in a rural area, and you cannot have allergies to pets as animals are part of our daily life.

Our daughter has a significant disability and needs help with everything in her daily life. Your personality weighs heavier than experience, and you will be offered the support you need to feel secure in your work.

It is important to us that you are a caring and attentive assistant, preferably a woman, who can interpret, communicate, and advocate for our daughter's voice. You need to be able to plan and structure the day so that it becomes as good as possible for our daughter. This can involve making training and transfers a bit more fun, going for a walk with the stroller in the woods, or riding and going to daily activities.

Personal assistance is a service profession that places high demands on personal qualities. You must be willing to take responsibility and respect personal integrity. You should be secure in yourself, flexible, sincere, and have great patience as well as the ability to take your own initiative. Humor and good physical fitness are other good qualities. As a personal assistant, we expect you to be interested in and understand what good care is. The greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Individual salary setting. Fremia's collective agreement for personal assistants.

Support and training as needed.
