Näsets Läkargrupp was founded in 1994 and is a private healthcare center with clinics in Höllviken, Skanör, and Vellinge. We currently have about 25,000 registered patients and we offer care for the whole family throughout all stages of life.

Since March 2025, Näsets Läkargrupp has been part of Prima Vård, one of Sweden's largest healthcare companies, operating in primary care, specialist care, and occupational health. The company works every day to create safe, professional, and accessible care for everyone.

We are now looking for a specialist in general medicine for a permanent position at 100%, but the employment rate is negotiable.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and primary care. You will be part of a pleasant, open, and professional team where we work together to develop and drive the business forward. As a specialist doctor in general medicine at Näsets Läkargrupp, you will be offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied with planned and acute patient visits, collaboration with home healthcare, the municipality's special accommodations, and child health care. We also continuously have training doctors, medical students, and residents, so it is a plus if you have training/experience in supervision. You are responsible for providing your patients with the best care and treatment together with your colleagues and being a medical support for other healthcare staff at the clinic. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to the community with many points of contact where your competence is utilized and stimulated.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical license and is a specialist in general medicine with previous experience working in primary care. Since you will be in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, equivalent to Swedish level C1. Since we have many elderly patients, it is crucial that you communicate clearly. You must also have a valid B driver's license.

As a person, you are self-assured, have good collaboration skills with others in the team, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We would also like you to have experience supervising training doctors and other professionals at the clinic.

You are unpretentious, flexible, and communicate clearly. We value your engagement in business development and your social competence to meet different people according to their needs. We place great importance on personal qualities.
